TERMS OF USE: Start-up and Smart-up Southern Nevada is a platform for collecting monetary pledges for the start-up of the W.E. Florence Educational Center. As a backer of this project, you are agreeing to pledge money based solely on the information provided herein and the promise of exchange as detailed within each pledge option. 



Backers are also in agreement with the following terms:

All monies pledged are to be spent in accordance to the discretion of the W.E. Florence Educational Center or Diversified Business Visions, LLC.

Backers consent and authorize the W.E. Florence Educational Center (Diversified Business Visions, LLC) to process all payments made or reserved by card payment, or other payment method, within 24 hours of the pledge.

Backers agree that all processed payments are final and cannot be canceled or refunded.
